We organise our customers’ events in Toivola Old Courtyard’s beautiful courtyard all year round. Toivola’s charming milieu offers an excellent setting for gatherings from intimate parties to public events for up to 600 people – only your imagination and the needs of the event are the limit. Celebrate in the courtyard under the fairy lights and surrounded by wooden buildings, or enjoy the unique atmosphere inside the different buildings. Toivola offers celebrations to remember, whether you’re at birthday, wedding, corporate event, mini trade fair or festival. Our partner in cooperation Time Hostel provides accommodation for Toivola’s guests at its enchanting boutique hostel in Jyväskylä’s upper city, just a seven-minute walk from Toivola.
Hold a celebration or event at the beautiful Toivola Warehouses
Toivola’s beautiful and atmospheric Warehouses are excellent for intimate celebrations and larger events. The Warehouses are equipped with radiators that make it possible to use them as indoor premises from early spring until late autumn. The Warehouses have capacity for up to 60 customers and can be used all year round for different events and celebrations. The Warehouses have been used as venues for mini trade fairs, weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. During Toivola’s Christmas Courtyard, the Warehouses are converted into a festive Christmas shop.
Meetings, brunches and dinners at Toivola Cellar
The sophisticated cellar is suitable for events for up to 18 people and is an excellent private venue for anything from meetings to evening dinners. With meetings in mind, Toivola Cellar is equipped with a wireless internet connection and TV screen. The gorgeous cellar can also be booked for private coffee mornings or for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner for your own private group.
Events in the covered Toivola Courtyard
Toivola is an idyllic courtyard surrounded by 19th-century wooden buildings. Some of the courtyard can be covered with awnings – with covered capacity for up to 80 customers. This covered capacity can be increased to 200 using marquees. Overall, Toivola Old Courtyard and the courtyard companies enable the organisation of events for up to 600 people.
