CENTRAL FINLAND CHEFS ASSOCIATION

The association’s mission is to promote Finnish and especially regional food culture. It organizes training, culinary trips, and professional networking opportunities for its members. Every year, the association supports talented culinary students and actively contributes to developing professional education in the field.

The members of the association work in managerial, specialist, or teaching positions within the tourism and restaurant industry, public sector food services, food production and processing, and as private entrepreneurs. The association also collaborates with partners whose companies and organizations support its activities.
